Dossier: Sebastian Vettel, drugi deo (Alonsova bolest)

I dalje se priča o kazni Sebastian Vettela, o psovanju preko radio-veze, pismu koje je napisao direktoru nakon trke Charlie Whittingu i o jednom sasvom novom, još uvek neprepoznatljivom četvorostrukom svetskom prvaku.

Kako se to može obajsniit? Nesporno je da je Vettel odličan vozač. Uzor mu je bio Michael Schumacher, koji ga je i preporučio timu Ferrari. Tri pobede u podcenjenom automobilu u sezoni 2015. godine, su potvrda o brzini, tehnici koju je Seb razvio kao trkački vozač. Međutim u drugoj godini boravka u italijanskom timu, neka karika ne fukncioniše i rezultata nema. Tim koji operiše sa najvećim budžetom u Formuli 1, prema nekim izvorima pominje se iznos od 385 miliona € (!!!), i dalje ne može da uhvati priklučak ni sa Red Bullom a od šampionskog tima Mercedes-AMG, su udaljeni kilometrima i kilometrima....

Ovakav scenario podseća delimično i na period dok je Fernando Alonso proveo u timu Ferrari. Od 2010. do 2014. godine Alonoso je bio deo najslavnije ekipe, sa ciljem da nakon Kimi Raikkoena, šampionsku krunu vrati u vitrine u Maranello. Trke, godine su prolazile a razočarenje je bilo obostrano. Donekle, satisfakciju Alonso je dobio u vrednim milionskim iznosima njegovog ugovora, kao vernost timu Ferrari. Deo neuspeha leži u samoj ekipi ali deo leži u dvostrukom svetskom prvaku. U krugovima Formule 1, Fernando Alonso nama status kao preterano dobar razvojni vozač. Uloga vozača, nije samo da stisne papučicu gasa do metala, već je veoma bitna komunikacija sa inženjerima i da u što većoj meri objasni svako ponašanje, reagovanje bolida kako bi tehničari unapredili performanse, nakon sugestija pilota. Izgleda da i Vettel boluje od „Alonsove bolesti“. U poslednje vreme svedoci smo agresivnih vožnji nemačkog vozača, naročito odmah na početku, nakon starta trke. Da li je to način da se oslobodi frustracija ili da kompenzuje slabe perfomanse automobila Ferrari SF 16-H i tako obezbedi bolji polažaj na trci? Nekadašnji vozač, sada formalno šef tima Mercedes-AMG, Niki Lauda je veliki kritičar agresivnosti vozača naročito nakon starta u prvih nekoliko krivina. „Trka se ne dobija u prvih nekoliko stotina metara“ – ističe austrijski vozač sa prepoznatljivim ožiljkom na licu.
